Gospel of John

Going through Amazon this morning I noticed that although there isn’t yet a UK version of the movie, Amazon are now listing The Gospel of John on their site. (Although it’s not coming from Amazon themselves.)

Gospel of John [3 Discs] (REGION 1) (NTSC)

As a number of people will know I’ve been interminably going on about how good this movie is, especially in relation to a certain other Jesus Movie, so I won’t go on about it again here, suffice to say that if you’ve got a suitable TV and DVD player it is well worth getting hold of a copy.

  1. Wanted to let you know that I did take your advice and have rented the DVD. I have watched Volume One between work and family duties (which are increasing of late) and enjoyed it very much. Will rent Volume two next day off. If it continues to be as informative and family friendly, I will purchase. The nephew and neice that are currently living with me (I am sure you recall me mentioning Mackenzie and Emily now 5 and 3)enjoy watching Christian Easter stories and the such that I have purchased on DVD. Granted, they are in cartoon form, but this just may be a good investment for myself now, and them later. Thank-you for the suggestion Richard. 🙂 The “Other Movie” … well is far too violent for them to watch until over 18 I would think … if ever. Was so disturbing. 🙁
